For their festival festivities, they were going to paint their pumpkins, do cookie cutter painting, make spiders out of food, and lollipop ghosts.
When we got there, they were all sitting very quietly watching Charlie Brown:
First, they got to paint their pumpkins, so they would be dry in time to take them home once school was out:

After the pumpkin painting, they all broke up in to 3 groups, to rotate through the 3 stations. I was a little afraid of paint, so I volunteered NOT to do the painting thing. And Jeanelle makes good food so she volunteered to do the spider thing. So that put me doing the lollipop ghosts which were a piece of cake!

We were there for about an hour and a half.
I'm glad Nathan had the chance to have Jeanelle come and volunteer in his classroom :o)
PLUS one of the moms had to bail out and go home with a sick kid, so it was a good thing that Jeanelle was there!
