Why do my feet keep getting hurt?
I was talking to my mom on the phone, and when I hung up, I stepped on a TOOTHPICK and it went thru my sock into my foot! DANG that hurt! But I couldn't see it because I had my sock on! So I tried to pull it out and it wouldn't budge!! And I couldn't take my sock off because it'd get all stuck. So I pulled harder and harder, and it finally popped out!
It doesn't look that bad, but it hurt like crap!Check out the toothpick!
THAT is why it wouldn't come straight out!!

Our Halloween Festiveness......
I'm not one to go overboard with decorations, but when I got my Halloween boxes out this year, I was lacking in the decoration department. So I went out and bought a couple things.

She loves the banana tree growing between two portables at the kids' school. And the other day she ran ahead of me and then came back with a banana in her hand!! Well, you're not supposed to pick the fruit that grows on school grounds, so I told her to put it in her pocket.

IT DIDN'T START TILL 6:30!!!
I swear to you, next time, I am going to leave my house when the thing is supposed to START! Maybe then my family won't have to wait around for 30 minutes for it to start!!
It is one of my many pet peeves!!
Ok, now that I got that off my chest,
Matthew got to be a part of the flag ceremony for his first time:
He did a very good job and didn't even drop the flag!

Next Pack Night, Matthew will get a butt load of crap! I finally took the time to sit down and look thru his Cub Scout book to see what he's passed off! He did LOTS! So stay tuned for next month's Pack Night (Nov. 20, i think)
