In our house, we have a paper chain hanging from the ceiling with the number of days left until Grandma Sylvia comes for her first visit with us!!
We are all so excited! On each of the paper chains, the kids have written something that they love about grandma. Yesterday it was "I Love Grandma" written by Nathan.
Today we took off a chain that was Natalie's.
Here's what it looked like:
Natalie has her own language that she writes in, and she's the only one who can read it. Very clever of her. So today when we ripped off that chain, we asked her to read it.
She looked at her chain link and read,
"All YOU need...
is Grandma McPHEE..."
We all had a good laugh, and wanted to share it with you.
